10 Inch Loose Cotton Buffing Wheels

Used one of these on my last pass over some aluminum trim and it left a mirror finish with hardly any swirl marks. The single row of stitching keeps them really flexible, so they follow curves instead of digging in.

The single row of stitching makes these way more flexible than the stiffer wheels I've used before, so they glide into curves without burning the edge. I run them last after the harder compounds and the finish comes out mirror-smooth on my aluminum parts.

I needed something soft for the final polish pass on my aluminum parts, and these fit the bill perfectly. Because they're loose cotton with just the one stitching row, they flex right into the contours without burning the surface. Way better finish than the stiff sewn wheels I'd been using.
