10 Inch Cotton Spiral Sewn Buffing Wheels

10 Inch Cotton Spiral Sewn Buffing Wheels - Main image
$19.5 $27.09 In stock

Spiral sewn buffing wheels are the most common style used for general polishing. The spiral design provides a tighter stitching than a loose sewn buffing wheel. This allows for greater pressure to be applied to the work surface and therefore allows the user to get more scratches out of the work piece. Great for mirror polishing of knife blades, axe heads, and other metal surfaces.

  • 10 Inch Diameter
  • 60 Ply = approx. 3/4 Inch width
  • Not recommend to not exceed 3,600 RPM.
  • Must be used with polishing compound. We recommend our Green or White compound.

Edward ★★★★★

The spiral stitching is noticeably tighter than the standard wheels I've used before, so they hold their shape better under pressure. I was able to get a consistent finish on some brass fixtures without them fraying apart.

Victoria ★★★★★

I used these on a bench grinder to polish some aluminum parts and the tight spiral stitching really holds up under pressure without the wheel flexing apart. They run true with barely any wobble, so I'm not fighting vibration the whole time.

Isabella Q. ★★★★★

Swapped out my old loose-sewn wheels for these spiral ones and the difference is obvious—the tighter stitching lets me lean in harder without the wheel splaying out. Worked through some rough metal edges smoothly, and they're holding their shape nicely after several uses.
