8 Inch Cotton Spiral Sewn Buffing Wheels

8 Inch Cotton Spiral Sewn Buffing Wheels - Main image
$16.23 $21.93 In stock

Spiral sewn buffing wheels are the most common style used for general polishing. The spiral design provides a tighter stitching than a loose sewn buffing wheel. This allows for greater pressure to be applied to the work surface and therefore allows the user to get more scratches out of the work piece. Great for mirror polishing of knife blades, axe heads, and other metal surfaces.

  • 8 Inch Diameter
  • 60 Ply = approx. 5/8 Inch width
  • Not recommend to not exceed 3,600 RPM.
  • Must be used with polishing compound. We recommend our Green or White compound.

Riley ★★★★★

Finally, a buffing wheel that doesn't leave stray threads everywhere after a heavy pass; the tighter spiral stitching let me really lean into the metal without it flaring out.

Adam C. ★★★★★

The spiral stitching holds up beautifully under firm pressure, and the cotton surface leaves a smooth, even finish without skipping. I've used it on several projects now, and it still keeps its shape perfectly.

Owen Q. ★★★★★

The tight spiral stitching lets me lean into the metal without the wheel flexing or shedding, so the finish stays consistent even on stubborn spots. I’ve used it on a few different projects already and it’s holding up way better than my old loose-sewn wheels.
