終於，一款細粒度砂帶在平台和硬接觸輪上使用時，不再有惱人的『砂帶跳動』。別讓這看起來強悍的材料誤導你。我們的緊湊型顆粒氧化鋁VSM砂帶專為金屬精細拋光設計，提供更均勻的刮痕圖案和一致的表面。緊湊型顆粒砂帶的壽命是傳統磨料的3到5倍，其特點是較大的堆疊顆粒簇，提供優異的切削效率和更高的材料去除率，相較於傳統磨料產品。重型Y型背襯可承受噴灑，但並非完全防水。這些砂帶可安裝在刀具砂帶機、台式磨床、便攜式砂帶機或背架砂帶磨床上。

重要提示：這些砂帶在使用前必須『磨合』！取一塊廢金屬，在砂帶運行時非常輕且均勻地壓在砂帶上。這只需幾圈完整旋轉，即可確保表面一致且均勻。使用期間定期磨合砂帶，以維持均勻的切削表面。
