I put these on my belt sander for a stubborn oak table rehab and the cut rate stayed aggressive even after several passes. The cooler grinding temps were a nice bonus, no burning smell like with my old aluminum oxide belts. Definitely a solid upgrade for heavy stock removal.

These belts have been lasting noticeably longer than the aluminum oxide ones I used to buy, especially on dense maple. The cooler grinding temperature makes a real difference in keeping the workpiece from scorching during heavy sanding.

The ceramic grit cuts through hardwood so smoothly that I barely have to lean into the sander, and it stays cool even after a solid hour of use. I’ve already gone through two of the three belts on my shop projects and they’re holding up way better than the standard ones I used to buy.
