I’ve run maybe 40 boards through so far and the ceramic grit is still biting cleanly—the cooler grinding temps are a real thing, not just a label. For an 80-inch belt, the two-pack means I’m not scrambling for a backup mid-project.

It’s more aggressive out of the box than a standard ceramic, leaving a really even finish on my blades. The grip on a 6x80 platen feels solid and it’s holding up much longer than I expected for heavy use.

I’ve been using these on my belt sander for heavy stock removal on hardwoods, and the ceramic grain chews through material noticeably faster than my old aluminum oxide belts. The 80-grit finish is surprisingly smooth for such an aggressive cut.
